Skill development is of prime importance in the current scenario, and you need to be able to differentiate yourself from the crowd. You could be zero in the skills that you are aiming to achieve forex: financial modelling, data analytics etc.
Some academies cater to each kind of skill development, and based on your desired skill; you could start taking workshops or courses with these academies. While joining an academy, make sure they can provide you with good mentorship in addition to subject knowledge.
In the current scenario, you could always look at online learning platforms for developing skills and networking.
