Sai Pradeep's Academy for Continuous Excellence | Pumpkin Chariot was founded by Sai Pradeep Indhirran.

At S.P.A.C.E. | Pumpkin Chariot, Sai helps children learn a variety of aspects ranging from values to morals, communication to stage speech, leadership to team skills through stories blended with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and TA (Transaction Analysis) techniques.

Sai Pradeep Indhirran is a Corporate Person by work experience, Engineer by Qualification and a Hard core trainer by Passion. He was a successful professional when he decided to leave his corporate profession and follow his passion of working with People. . He started working with people of various ages to train them in Life Skills, Softskills and Behavioral Transformation. He chose NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) as the fundamental medium of training delivery, a technique that is known to influence people and also transform them into their best selves. He is a Certified NLP Practitioner certified under the flagship of Dr. Richard Bandler. He also completed his basic training in Transaction Analysis and and learnt the art of Story telling under Eric Miller. He currently blends these three methodologies to create the required transformation in the mindset of people and positively move them to the desired goal.

S.P.A.C.E. works with colleges & schools and acts as a mentor-ship academy for children, college students and adults across the globe, in the fields of Education and Life.
