Rubikumar

I am a Civil Engineer with over 34 years of professional experience in government, infrastructure, and international construction projects.

I completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1988, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Construction Management.

I began my career in June 1989 as a Junior Engineer (Civil) with the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) under the Central Government Defence Services, where I served until August 2010. During my tenure, I was involved in construction and maintenance of strategic road infrastructure projects under challenging conditions, gaining strong expertise in quality control, execution, and project management.

After retirement from government service, I worked with Stup Consultants private limited on a 6-lane road project(Chennai Tata) in Chennai from 2010 to 2013, contributing to supervision, coordination, and construction management activities.

From 2013 to 2016, I worked overseas in Papua New Guinea as a Technical Manager in a building and Road construction company, where I handled project execution, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and site management for commercial and residential buildings.

Subsequently, from 2016 to 2023, I was associated with KKMPL, a railway projects construction company, where I worked on railway infrastructure projects, overseeing construction activities, billing, quality checks, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

I am currently retired and available for part-time consultancy, estimation, billing, quality inspection, and technical advisory roles.
