Prerana J.

I am a passionate Biology educator with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Genetics, specializing in Genetic Counseling, completed in 2024. With a strong academic background in Biology and specialized training in genetics and biomedical sciences, I enjoy helping students understand Biology in a simple, clear, and relatable way.

During my college years, I actively volunteered in educational workshops where I taught and interacted with children, helping them understand Biology and basic scientific concepts through simple explanations, real-life examples, activities, and interactive discussions.

My approach to teaching is concept-focused rather than based solely on memorization. I believe every student learns differently, and I aim to explain topics in a way that is easy for them to understand, remember, and apply. I especially enjoy breaking down complex Biology concepts into smaller, understandable ideas and connecting them with everyday examples.

I can help students with:

- Class 11–12 Biology
- NEET Biology fundamentals
- Genetics and Basic Human Genetics
- Cell Biology
- Molecular Biology
- Human Biology
- Biomedical and Life Science concepts

With my background in Biomedical Genetics and Genetic Counseling, I can also help students develop a deeper understanding of genetics and human biology while keeping the concepts age-appropriate and easy to follow.

My goal is to create a comfortable, interactive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel free to ask questions, clarify their doubts, and develop genuine interest in Biology.

I focus on building strong conceptual foundations, rather than encouraging students to simply memorize information. I use simple explanations, diagrams, examples, and connections between concepts to make Biology easier to understand and remember.

I offer online Biology classes and am particularly interested in helping students strengthen their concepts, improve their understanding, and become more confident in Biology and related Life Science subjects.
