I am Dr. Poornima Sundaram, an Educational Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Tamil, M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, and M.Phil. in Educational Psychology. I have extensive experience across school education systems as an Academic Director, Academic Auditor, Psychology Faculty, and Teacher Trainer.
I have worked closely with school leadership in curriculum planning, academic audits, and implementing student-centered teaching practices. My work includes conducting classroom observations, mentoring teachers, and designing innovative pedagogy aligned with holistic development.
I have taught Psychology (Class 12 & Cambridge A/AS Level) and supported students in structured academic writing and concept clarity. I give remediation for students with read write difficulty.
In addition, I provide academic and emotional counselling to students, helping them overcome learning, behavioural, and psychological challenges. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and counselling to support their child’s development.
Beyond the school context, I offer counselling and life coaching for adults, focusing on emotional well-being, clarity, and personal growth.
I have trained thousands of teachers and impacted a large number of students through workshops, mentoring, and personalized interventions. My approach integrates academics, psychology, and life skills to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.
