"Pavithra is a excellent teacher. My son had one on one classes with her. She provided special focus on areas my son needed help. What I liked the most is how she includes culture and tradition in her teaching by incorporating songs specific to festivals and occasions. My son learnt both patriotic song for Republic day and several devotional songs for each festival. It was a holistic approach. In short, I'd say Pavithra is a modern guru delivering traditional music in a way that appeals to the GenAlpha kids. "

Pavithra has a thorough music knowledge and knows how to personalize teaching based on the child's interest and skills. She made him repeat the lessons until he sang with confidence. Along with basic carnatic, she also taught him small bhajans and songs to keep the class interesting. She gave regular home work which encouraged my son to keep practicing.
