Teaching Class I-V students has been a delightful and enriching experience for me. Each day presents new opportunities to engage young minds, foster curiosity, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. One of my priorities as a teacher is to create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected. I establish clear expectations for behavior and academic engagement while fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity. By promoting kindness, empathy, and collaboration, I cultivate a positive classroom culture conducive to learning. I firmly believe in the power of hands-on, interactive learning experiences for young children. My lessons are designed to incorporate a variety of activities, including games, role-plays, storytelling, art projects, and educational technology. These diverse approaches cater to different learning styles and keep students actively engaged in their learning journey. Assessment is an integral part of the teaching and learning process. I regularly assess student progress through a variety of methods, including formative assessments, summative assessments, observations, and student reflections.
