A little introduction to myself. I am Narayan Kumar primarily a Cinematographer . Having graduated from the premier Film & Television of India -Pune in the year 1991 I have 35 years of Industry and Teaching experience . The last 25 years I have been focusing seriously on Academics . I have served as Head of Department in the Cinematography Department of Satyajit Ray Film & Television institute and L V Prasad college of Media Studies . I have also taught in Asian College of Journalism, a premier Journalism institute as Digital Video Head .The last few years I have been a consultant and Visiting faculty at National School of Design for their Communication Design Program, among other institutions like Loyola College , Chennai etc . I am also currently writing an abstract for their research publication . Teaching has always been my passion .
