I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals, improve health, and enhance overall well-being. My approach combines practical expertise with a deep understanding of body mechanics and training principles.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Pondicherry University, and a Master’s in Foreign Trade (MFT). Additionally, I have completed an Advanced Fitness Course – 2025, which keeps me updated with the latest fitness methodologies and practices.

For seven years, I ran my own gym, training clients with diverse goals including strength building, endurance, weight management, and overall fitness improvement. This experience was professionally and personally rewarding, as I witnessed clients achieve remarkable transformations.

Running a gym provided me with valuable insights into designing personalized fitness programs, motivating clients, preventing injuries, and managing a training business. These experiences shaped my holistic approach to personal training, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and long-term results.

One of my proudest achievements is winning a National Level Martial Arts Championship. This accomplishment reflects my discipline, dedication, and understanding of physical and mental conditioning, which I integrate into every training session I conduct.

I prefer conducting offline classes, where I can personally guide clients through exercises, monitor progress, and ensure correct technique. My sessions are structured yet adaptable, focusing on individual goals and gradual improvement.

My mission is to empower students and clients to achieve their full physical potential, build confidence, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. I aim to create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages discipline, consistency, and sustainable fitness.
