Over the past five years, I have developed a strong and meaningful teaching experience while pursuing and completing my Bachelor of Arts degree. My journey in teaching began with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others understand concepts in a simple and effective way. I started by offering tuition classes to school students in subjects such as English, Social Science, and basic communication skills. In the initial stage of my teaching career, I focused on understanding students’ learning abilities and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. This helped me adopt different teaching methods according to individual needs. I used simple language, real-life examples, and interactive sessions to make learning more engaging and easier to understand. Gradually, I gained confidence in handling different types of learners, including slow learners and students who lacked interest in studies. During these five years, I have taught students from various academic levels, mainly from primary to higher secondary classes. My teaching approach is student-centered, where I encourage active participation, discussions, and doubt clarification. I believe that learning should not be limited to textbooks, so I often include practical examples, storytelling, and current affairs to make lessons more interesting and relatable. I also focused on improving students’ communication and writing skills, especially in English. I guided them in grammar, vocabulary building, and sentence formation, which helped them perform better academically and gain confidence in expressing themselves. In addition, I conducted regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions to track their progress and ensure continuous improvement. One of my key strengths as a teacher is patience and adaptability. I understand that each student learns at a different pace, so I make sure to provide individual attention whenever required. I also maintain a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions without hesitation. Apart from teaching academic subjects, I have also mentored students by motivating them, helping them set goals, and guiding them in their career paths. I believe that a teacher’s role is not only to educate but also to inspire and shape a student’s personality.

I have gained five years of teaching experience alongside my Bachelor of Arts studies by providing tuition to school students.
