I am a senior academic professional and Physics educator with over 14 years of teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership experience. I hold an M.Sc. in Physics, B.Ed. in Physical Science, and a Global MBM in Uk, combining strong subject expertise with structured academic management and institutional leadership.

I have served as a Physics Teacher and academic mentor, preparing students for CBSE, IGCSE ,IB,ISC and state Board examinations and competitive entrance exams including JEE. My teaching approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, logical derivation, structured problem-solving, and disciplined exam preparation. I focus on strengthening analytical thinking and helping students build confidence in handling complex numerical and conceptual problems.

As the Founder and Manager of Mastery Learning Academy, I established and led a structured academic ecosystem dedicated to student performance and academic excellence. I designed systematic coaching modules, implemented performance tracking strategies, conducted regular assessments, and provided individual mentoring to ensure consistent academic growth.
