I am a certified personal fitness trainer with over 8 years of experience helping people become the best versions of themselves. While I initially graduated with an engineering degree, my heart was always in fitness and wellness. This deep-rooted passion led me to switch careers and fully dedicate myself to training and coaching individuals in their health journeys.

To ensure I could provide the highest level of service, I pursued certifications from globally recognized institutions. I’m a certified coach under NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and hold an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Youth Fitness Specialist Certification. These programs gave me a solid foundation in exercise science, human anatomy, client-centered programming, and motivational coaching.

Over the years, I’ve trained a diverse clientele—ranging from beginners who’ve never stepped into a gym to seasoned athletes and even individuals recovering from injuries. I customize every workout plan based on my clients’ individual fitness levels, goals, medical history, and lifestyle. It’s always been about progress, not perfection. Seeing clients achieve goals they once thought impossible—whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply better mobility—continues to inspire my work every day.

My approach is holistic. I don’t just focus on exercise routines; I guide my clients in understanding the ‘why’ behind every movement and help them develop habits that support long-term wellness. Many clients have shared how their training with me positively impacted not just their bodies but also their confidence and mental clarity.

Achieving NASM and ACE certifications was a proud moment in my career, not only because of their rigor but because they opened doors for me to work with different populations, including youth. In addition to staying certified, I’ve consistently kept up with my Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) over the past four years. This reflects my commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in the fitness industry.
