I am a physiotherapist/ pilates trainer. I am giving online classes for fitness( weight reduction)/prenatal yoga/ pre and postnatal exercises since I got certified in pilates in 2020 from options studio Singapore. I am a physiotherapist since 2001 and have 15 yrs experience in my field. I am also certified in Mayo facial release techniques and postnatal massage techniques.
My key skills are using fusion of pilates , yoga and Physio to treat women’s health issues. I have been successful in treating prenatal/ postnatal exercises/ menopausal/ weight reduction exercises.
