Hello learners! I am Madhesvaran, a Senior Software Developer and Team Leader with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. I specialize in web development, project management, compiler design, computer science fundamentals, and mentoring students & professionals to upgrade their technical skills.

I have worked across multiple domains including pharma, car service applications, and cotton brokerage solutions, leading teams of 7–10 members.
