Koteswari is a professional Trainer and Software Architect with over 14 years of experience in the field of Healthcare software development .She holds a Master�¢??s degree in Physics and Togaf 9 enterprise architecture certification. She has vast experience in Learning and Development and coaching people. She started her career as a professor, teaching Physics and presently serves as an Architect and learning and development lead.

She is an Entrepreneur and cofounded Technosoft Labs a company specializes in Hospital Administration Software development. She has trained new and existing clients including hospital and office based staff on behavioral healthcare practice management software package. Worked with clients from acquisition through to implementation and training and followed up as needed. Modules taught included scheduling and registration, electronic medical records (EMR), clinical notes, document management, billing and payment posting.
