I am Director Academics of a CBSE school AlagujothiAcademy at Mayiladuthurai for the padt 13years, as well as a Trainer for my faculty and taken Training sessions for students too.
I have done M. Ed, psychology in UG, also trained to train the trainers, attended conferences and wirkshops on education, counseling and lifelessons.
Apart from this, i had given soft skills training and coubseling for final year students of AVC college, Mayiladuthurai,
I am proud to have taken Training classes for CMC maritime Academy at chennai, for the ex-service men of navy and seafarers,
Also had given Women Empowerment training sessions to the women organised by SRM University, chengalpattu and by Trinity Academy at Ayanambakkam, Chennai,
Now i would like to assist the youngsters on career counseling,
