I am a dedicated Karate and Self Defence trainer with 10 years of teaching experience, helping students of different age groups and skill levels develop confidence, discipline, physical fitness, and practical self-defence abilities. I believe that martial arts is not only about learning techniques but also about building mental strength, awareness, focus, and the confidence to handle challenging situations effectively.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and have also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Karate to enhance my knowledge and expertise in martial arts training. My academic background, combined with my extensive experience in Karate and self-defence coaching, allows me to bring a structured and professional approach to every training session. I continuously focus on improving my skills and knowledge to provide effective guidance to my students.

Over the past 10 years, I have trained students from different backgrounds and age groups, helping them improve their strength, agility, coordination, discipline, and overall fitness. My training programs are designed to suit individual learning abilities and goals, whether a student is a beginner looking to learn basic self-defence techniques or an advanced learner aiming to improve martial arts skills and performance.

I am a Certified Black Belt holder in Karate, a Karate Medalist, and have also worked as a Karate Referee in competitions. These achievements have given me valuable experience in martial arts practice, competitive environments, and evaluating techniques. My exposure to professional competitions helps me guide students with a deeper understanding of Karate fundamentals, performance improvement, and competition preparation.

I conduct online Karate and Self Defence training sessions with a focus on structured learning, practical techniques, and consistent practice. My sessions are designed to help students improve their physical abilities while developing confidence, discipline, and awareness. I provide step-by-step guidance on martial arts movements, self-defence techniques, fitness exercises, and practical applications to ensure students learn effectively.

My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and motivating environment where students can learn at their own pace while continuously improving their skills. I emphasize correct techniques, regular practice, physical conditioning, and mental discipline to help learners achieve overall development. I believe that martial arts training can positively transform both physical and personal growth.
