Jayashree Sankaran

I'm Jayashree Sankaran, a Doctorate [Ph.D] in Hindi Literature, from India. I’m a native Hindi speaker & was raised in West Bengal, India. Hindi being my native language, I developed a deep passion towards it right from my childhood. Owing to my keen interest in people interaction coupled with my love for Hindi, I decided to pursue my career as a Hindi instructor. I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology with the hope that it would help me understand people better, as a major part of my career would involve interacting & coaching people from all walks of life. As next steps, I completed my Masters (M.A as well as M.Phil) in Hindi Literature & then went on to get my Post Graduate Diploma in Hindi Translation & Hindi Journalism, before completing my Doctorate in Hindi Literature. I'm also a certified academic instructor for Prathmik until Rashtrabhasha.
I have got over 20 years of actual teaching experience in various schools in India as well conducting private learning lessons, in addition to being a full time Mom (yes my life has been busy!). I've got tailored curricula/curriculums to suite students of all age groups & backgrounds ranging from toddlers to professionals to elderly people. My teaching style is very interactive, as I believe teaching should be fun & it needs to be a two way journey.
