She caters to every student's need individually and goes out of her way to prepare extra material for all her students to make their learning easier and more comprehensive. She even arranges for seasonal get together for all the students who learn from her to acknowledge their growth, inspire them to work harder and motivate them to give their best. I have seen students who change phenomenally under her guidance and become more confident in general.
