Isha Preethi R.

My name is R. Isha Preethi. I completed my B.A. in History in 2022, followed by two years of preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. I later completed my postgraduate degree, an M.A. in Human Resource Development, from Alagappa University.

I have teaching experience through my mother's tuition centre in my hometown, where I actively taught and guided students. I have also attended private tutor training classes, which helped me develop my teaching skills and understand different learning approaches.

During my school days, I successfully completed Hindi examinations from Levels 1 to 8 and Abacus training from Levels 1 to 8.

My teaching approach focuses on patience, individual attention, and understanding each student's learning ability. I believe every student has a different learning pace, so I adapt my teaching methods accordingly. I provide regular assignments, practice exercises, revision sessions, and progress monitoring to help students improve their academic performance.

I aim to create a positive, friendly, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence.

My goal is not just to help students complete their syllabus, but also to build strong fundamentals, improve their learning skills, and make learning enjoyable.
