I paid 5000 in advance for 20 classes that is 250 rupees per hour and now I need refund of rupees 3500 because she terribly insulted me and my daughter. She herself told to change the tutor and now she doesn't refund the amount. "

I am sorry you felt that way, but all I was trying to explain was a student studying in 10th standard should know basic maths. You cannot expect miracle from a tutor when the student is not putting effort. I also insisted you to continue the classes.
