I am a certified Personal Trainer with over 3 years of experience in helping individuals transform their fitness journey through structured workout plans and sustainable lifestyle changes. Fitness has always been a core part of my life, and over the years, I have guided many clients toward achieving their personal health and weight-loss goals with confidence.

My training approach is simple yet effective — I focus on understanding each client’s current fitness level, challenges, and goals before designing a customized plan. Whether someone wants to lose weight, build strength, tone their body, or simply get healthier, I create programs that are both practical and result-driven. I strongly believe that no two bodies are the same, so their workouts shouldn’t be either.

I hold an Advanced Personal Training Certification as well as a Women’s Training Certification. These qualifications have strengthened my knowledge of body mechanics, exercise science, and gender-specific training requirements. This allows me to tailor fitness programs for both men and women with complete precision and safety.

Over the last few years, I have worked closely with clients from different backgrounds — beginners, working professionals, homemakers, and individuals recovering from unhealthy habits. Seeing my clients improve their strength, confidence, and overall wellness motivates me every single day. I make sure my training sessions are interactive, supportive, and goal-oriented, so clients stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

Along with being a trainer, I am currently competing for Mr. Tamil Nadu, which reflects my personal commitment to the fitness lifestyle. This journey has helped me understand the discipline, nutrition, and training cycles required to achieve peak physique, and I bring this experience into my coaching as well.

I offer both online and offline training sessions, ensuring flexibility for clients with different schedules.
