I teach Instructional Design and Course Content Development to students and professionals who want to build practical skills in designing effective learning experiences. I have around 8 years of experience in the field, during which I have worked on a wide range of learning, training, and content development projects. My experience has allowed me to understand the complete process of developing learner-focused solutions, from identifying learning requirements to designing, developing, and delivering engaging training content.
I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and have also pursued professional certifications and training related to Instructional Design and Learning & Development. Over the years, I have developed expertise in instructional design methodologies, digital learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and simulation-based learning. I continuously work on strengthening my knowledge of emerging tools and approaches so that I can help learners understand both the theoretical and practical aspects of instructional design.

One of the key areas of my expertise is the ADDIE instructional design model. I help learners understand how Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation work together to create an effective learning solution. Rather than limiting the sessions to theoretical explanations, I focus on showing how instructional design principles can be applied to real projects and workplace situations. This helps learners understand the reasoning behind different design decisions and develop a more structured approach to creating learning solutions.

I also teach learners about course content development, e-learning, digital learning tools, and LMS platforms. I explain how to organize information, create meaningful learning objectives, structure course content, and design learning experiences that are clear and engaging. My experience with simulation-based learning also allows me to explain how interactive elements can be used to make training more practical and provide learners with opportunities to apply their knowledge.

My teaching methodology is based on structured lesson plans and interactive sessions. I prefer to understand the learner's existing knowledge and objectives before planning the session so that the content can be presented at an appropriate level. I use presentations and a whiteboard to explain concepts, processes, frameworks, and examples. I also encourage learners to participate actively, ask questions, discuss ideas, and work through practical situations during the session.
Over the past 8 years, I have worked with different industries and global teams, which has given me valuable exposure to diverse learning requirements and professional environments. I have collaborated with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other teams to develop training solutions that address specific business and learner needs. This experience helps me bring practical industry perspectives into my teaching and explain how instructional design principles are applied beyond textbooks and theoretical frameworks.

I conduct classes both online and offline and aim to make every session practical, structured, and relevant to the learner's goals.
