I’m passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.

As a Medical Coding trainer, trained over 200+ fresher and experienced medical coders to get their certification and basic medical coding training, with a sound knowledge in US healthcare Risk adjustment, intrested more into US healthcare payer and provider aspects.

Team Lead experience - Handled Various Medicare, Medicaid, Physician coding projects with successful completion of the projects within the TAT. Intense experience in handling concurrent/prospective risk adjustment coding for providers and clinics with client SLA. Worked with US clients directly through calls and mails to solve any issues in project and have delivered expectations and above.

Looking for a managerial role in risk adjustment coding where I can definitely improve the client satisfaction by introducing various modern and proven methodologies in team, I solely believe handling a team, keeping your team happy and motivated which will bring up the results as expected.
