I take this opportunity to introduce myself as a founder and Life Skills Trainer of COUNT ON, which was started last year (2015), with a view to make children learn the skills to achieve their dreams by living their lives. My specific approach is to career, as 3 to 4 decades of ones life goes in career and it is this that affects the whole life either way. Though most of the working population struggle in this, none are there to teach the children on this. Most of the parents want their ward to score high marks and get into a job. Frankly speaking, they may get into a job but do they like it or not, no one cares about it. With population growing exponentially, so is the competition. But the jobs does not multiply exponentially. So, only 20% of the fittest get into the right job, rest get pathetic. Nobody knows the pain of this 80% of the youth who are compelled to accept something new, something that is irrelevant, for the sake of monetary benefits and over a period of time get stuck without any option. This is the reason for all the chaos happening around us in the society and that is why, we are still a developing nation for nearly 7 decades and will remain same if this is not addressed. If not for the sake of the country, atleast for the sake of your ward, if you really care for them as loving parents, for them to live a happiest life, think of this, as this is the need of the hour.
