As someone with eight years of experience in teaching, pursuing a BCom degree and CA final, and coming from a family of teachers, I have always been passionate about imparting knowledge to others. Before the pandemic, I had my institute and had previously worked with an institute in T Nagar.
I provide home and online tuition, specialising in commerce groups for eleventh and twelfth grades, CA foundations, Bcom management, financial management, and math for 6th to 10th grades in CBSE and state boards, both online and offline. My teaching style involves one-on-one online classes, with classes conducted on alternate days and customised interactive sessions to cater to the individual needs of each student. The classes are typically one hour to one and a half hours, with a maximum of ten students in each batch.
For online classes, I use Excel sheets for notes and assignments and conduct tests on Saturdays and Sundays to assess the student's progress. One of the key aspects of my teaching methodology is to make the classes interactive and engaging. Students learn best when actively involved in the learning process. I use various teaching aids, such as visual aids, real-life examples, and practical applications, to make complex concepts easily understandable for students. I encourage students to ask questions, clarify doubts, and participate in discussions to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
In addition to regular classes, I also support students through assignments and tests. Assignments are given to reinforce the learning and to provide opportunities for students to apply the concepts learned in class. Tests are conducted on weekends to help students gauge their understanding of the topics and prepare them for exams.
