I have been teaching insight meditation/mindfulness meditation for abt 5 years . Retreat experience. 1.I have completed a 60 day silent intensive 11hrs/day retreat in Theravada buddhist monastery at lumbini Nepal called Panditarama Lumbini under the tradition of Mahasi . 2.I have done 7 ten day retreats in chennai- Dhamma setu in the Goenka body scanning tradition 3. I have also learnt and practiced under the ZEN master AMA Samy in Kodaikanal at Bodhi zendo in ZEN tradition. All of the above can be verified by a simple google search and a call to those centres. Since i have trained in varied tradition of insight meditation/mindfulness i believe i can be very helpful in your journey of learning an important life skill.
