Start with Basic topics,
1. Knowing about Python[Variables, I/O Ops, Operators, Datatypes]
2. Flow Control statements
3. Functions
4. OOPS Concepts *(imp)
5. Datatypes
6. File Operations
and after this just add an only one advance topic on the plate,
1. Database (SQL or NOSQL) *(anything is fine to start off)
There are still tons and tons of stuff to look out for. But practicing this 20% concepts will make sure you can solve 80% of the problems out there with a teeny bit of help from the Internet.
