I am a fitness trainer specializing in corrective, functional, and resistance training, with over 6 years of experience in the field. I hold a CFR certification, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. My journey in fitness began in 2022, when I started training at a local gym. I spent a year and a half at Cult Fit and four years at Body Craft, during which I also freelanced, allowing me to work with a diverse range of clients.

Throughout my career, I have successfully transformed more than 12 clients, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs and aspirations. Whether they are looking to lose weight, gain strength, or improve their overall fitness, I am committed to helping them succeed. I offer both online and offline training sessions, making it convenient for my clients to choose what works best for them.

Each training session lasts for one hour, and I focus on practical, hands-on exercises that engage the body and mind. My live sessions allow for real-time feedback and adjustments, ensuring that clients perform exercises correctly and safely. I believe in the importance of a well-rounded fitness regimen, which is why I also provide personalized diet plans to complement the training.
