My professional background, credentials and practical approach to health is rather interesting.

I have an innate ability to connect with her clients on a one on one basis, and give holistic attention to their needs. The often mis-understood concept of nutrition and diet, confuses and leads the common people towards unhealthy dietary practices. I have a casual yet strong way with regard to handling this mindset of many. I fully understand my clients and provide them with simple everyday practices leading towards a better lifestyle and better health.
My education is from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition combined with a degree in Psychology at Madras University, allows me to address the challenges many individuals face when it comes to everyday healthy living. To me, healing oneself and getting your life back on track is of paramount importance.
As a holistic Nutritionist, assesses the whole person; their physical and mental health, and their lifestyle as such. She then creates a realistic individual plan that works for them. My method includes diet suggestions, supplementations, general tips, healthy recipes, and health and lifestyle assessments, and most importantly, constant motivation. My primary goal is to break the stereotypical idea that diet food equals, tasteless, rigid and unvaried.
â??I really want to change the perspective of a â??diet chartâ??. Often people come towards me requesting for one, hoping that it would change their way of living.
