About the Course


Everyone wants to learn Fondant. It’s one of the most fun and flexible ways of decorating a cake.

Kitchen e Lazeez will be conducting a full day workshop on Fondant Icing and decorating class on 6th February 2016. It will be hands on workshop where everybody will learn to do the Fondant.

Coloring the Fondant
Covering the Cake with Fondant
Learn to make Fondant Roses, Ribbon Roses, Bows, Loops, Borders etc..
3D Figures, 2D Figures
Inlays, Outlays
Cut out Flowers like Sunflower, Daisies, Blossoms etc.. and other cut out stuff
Embossing Technique, Drapes
Assembling and finishing the cake

What will be provided
A Fondant toolkit (Picture attached)
An iced Cake for decorating with Fondant
Lunch will be provided
A Certificate will be given

You will take home the iced cake which you have decorated along with the Fondant Kit.
