I am a Clinical Data Management and Clinical Research trainer with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple roles in leading multinational Contract Research Organizations (CROs), gaining hands-on expertise in managing clinical data, study workflows, and regulatory compliance. My goal as a trainer is to equip students with practical skills and knowledge that make them job-ready in the clinical research domain.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree and have spent more than 17 years working directly in clinical data management. My industry experience spans key areas such as Case Report Form (CRF) design, Data Validation Rule (DVR) writing, query management, Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation, and study conduct and closeout processes. This real-world exposure allows me to provide students with insights into how clinical research operates at the organizational level.

Over the years, I have conducted numerous training programs for freshers and professionals, focusing on practical and industry-aligned learning. My classes are structured to combine theory with hands-on exercises, ensuring that students not only understand concepts but can also apply them in real-time scenarios. By simulating actual CRO workflows, I prepare learners for the challenges they will face in their careers.

My sessions include mock training, practical exercises, live projects, and case studies, giving students exposure to real-world clinical research tasks. I emphasize interactive learning, encouraging questions, problem-solving, and application-based exercises to strengthen technical skills and decision-making capabilities. Every session is designed to build confidence and competence in students.

I conduct both online and offline classes, catering to individuals and groups based on their needs. My lesson plans are carefully structured to cover all critical aspects of clinical data management, from CRF design and query handling to SAE reconciliation and study closeout procedures. I integrate industry best practices into every training module to ensure students are fully prepared for professional roles.

In addition to technical skills, I focus on industry readiness and career development. Students learn how to navigate CRO environments, adhere to regulatory standards, and manage project timelines effectively. By the end of the training, learners are not only proficient in tools and processes but also confident in applying their knowledge in actual clinical research settings.
