IdentityI have a background in education and social impact, with 4 years of experience in school administration and 3 years of experience working with an NGO. In my role in school administration, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting teachers, managing student activities, and working closely with school leadership to enhance the overall functioning of the school. This gave me hands-on experience in people management, planning, and a deep understanding of school systems.
Alongside that, my work in the NGO sector has focused on grassroots educational initiatives, where I’ve been involved in program coordination, community engagement, and supporting students from under-resourced backgrounds. This exposure has helped me develop strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
In addition to this, I am a trained Master Trainer in Advanced English and Soft Skills. I regularly conduct sessions on email etiquette, personality development, teamwork, and leadership. I also facilitate interactive leadership development sessions for tribal women as part of community empowerment efforts.
