A senior education leader and policy-aligned academic consultant with over 31 years of experience across school education, teacher education, and institutional leadership. I retired as Principal from a reputed school in Chandigarh, having led academic transformation, faculty development, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance initiatives.

My qualifications include B.Sc. (Medical), M.A. (English), LL.M., and Ph.D. in Education, along with UGC–JRF certification and eligibility for Lectureship in Education. I have taught English and Legal Studies at the Senior Secondary level and served as a faculty member in a B.Ed. college for over two years, contributing to curriculum design, teacher mentoring, and assessment practices.

Currently, I work as an independent professional and Resource Person for CBSE and SCERT, delivering structured, outcome-driven professional development programmes for schools, institutions, and educators aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.
