My experience at First Step World School, Sector 26, Chandigarh, has been very enriching and rewarding. During my teaching experience, I have worked with students with different learning abilities, interests, and needs. This helped me understand that every student learns differently and that one teaching method cannot work equally well for everyone. I always tried to make my classroom interactive, engaging, and enjoyable rather than focusing only on rote learning. I encouraged students to share their experiences, ideas, and opinions and used these responses to connect new concepts with things they were already familiar with. This approach helped me understand my students better and allowed me to adapt my teaching according to their individual learning needs. Overall, my experience has taught me to be patient, flexible, and creative in my teaching. I believe these qualities will also help me create an engaging and supportive learning environment for students in an online tutoring setting.
