Having over 15 years of relevant experience in IT industry I have strong IT Industry knowledge. During this tenure I have successfully delivered over hundreds of Enterprise level web based projects.

I had started my career as a programmer on Microsoft technologies. I keep strong relevant experience developing apps on MS based technologies such as ASP.net, Angular, JavaScript, and C #, SQL Server, Solution Architect, Database Design, Web APIs, Third party integrations, Open source, e-commerce and much more.

During this tenure I have secured the position of Technical Manager Cum Corporate Trainer in IT Industry. My Key responsibilities are to provide technical training and to support the team technically whenever they are stuck with a technical problem.

My teaching strategy is simple Get the base strong, then prove it with the practical. As I have been into live Enterprise level projects development and management since over 15 years, I know what to teach and how to teach so my students become professional and can work on real professional environment on live projects.

Experience
1. Technical Manager Cum Corporate Trainer (Sep, 2012–Present) at Brill Infosystems Pvt. Ltd.
As a Technical Project Manager cum Corporate Trainer my responsibility is to get the project executed from Project Initiation to the Completion. Based on the technical requirement I provide technical consultation and technical training to the team. Designing the Solution architecture for a project and client communication are other key responsibilities.

2. Technical Lead (Apr, 2006–Aug, 2012) at Netsmartz Infotech Chandigarh
I had joined Netsmartz Infotech as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2006. I have done lot of programming on enterprise level US based projects. Based on my exceptional performance I got several handsome appraisals and secured the position of Technical Project Manager.

As the Technical Project Manager my role was to design project technical architecture, design database and execute the project from Project Initiation to Project Closure including the post deployment support and change management.

One of the core responsibilities was to provide technical training to team and help them whenever they are stuck on any technical problem while programming the project.

As a developer Microsoft technologies (ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Serer, Web Services, Web APIs, Angular, AWS DevOps etc.) have been my core expertise.
