I have a 6 year experience of personal training for weight management.
I gave personal training to many women like lawyer, business women's, house wife etc.
I also gave training to pregnant women's for there pre or post pregnancy.
I don't believe in dieting, i believe in more exercise so that you can enjoy your food and stay healthy.
I was a professional judo player, i won many gold medal.
At national level and all india inter university level.
I was also work sports teacher in a school for 4 year.
