Having completed certifications from the Mission India Fitness Institute (MFIF), I specialize in helping clients transform their lifestyle through customized workout programs and science-backed nutrition guidance.
Currently, I work as a trainer at Anytime Fitness, Chandigarh, where I train diverse clients including women, older adults, obese individuals, and those new to fitness. I have successfully coached clients through fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, and rehabilitation-focused programs.
