I am a dedicated Physical Education teacher with experience in teaching students at the senior secondary level (Classes XI and XII) and preparing aspirants for competitive examinations, including UGC-NET Physical Education. My teaching approach focuses on developing a strong foundation in sports sciences, health education, fitness, yoga, sports psychology, biomechanics, kinesiology, training methods, and sports management.

I have extensive experience teaching CBSE Class XI and XII Physical Education, covering both theoretical concepts and practical components. I emphasize interactive learning, concept clarity, and application-based teaching methods to help students achieve academic excellence and develop lifelong fitness habits.

In addition, I provide coaching for UGC-NET Physical Education aspirants, guiding them through research methodology, exercise physiology, sports training, measurement and evaluation, educational technology, and other key areas of the syllabus. My coaching strategy includes comprehensive content delivery, regular assessments, previous-year question analysis, and exam-oriented preparation techniques.
