I have a strong passion for fitness and strength training, backed by years of personal experience and continuous self learning. Through my own body recomposition journey, I gained practical knowledge of resistance training, nutrition, cardio, recovery, and supplementation.

Along the way, I have helped friends and others with their weight loss and muscle gain goals by creating customized workout routines, diet plans, and meal strategies based on their individual needs. I enjoy simplifying fitness concepts and motivating people to stay consistent with their goals.

Although I do not currently hold a professional fitness certification, I have invested significant time studying training principles, exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall health. My goal is to build a career in the fitness industry, continue learning, and earn a recognized certification as I progress professionally.
