In zumba fitness we do workout for complete one hour. Distribution of that one hour is like..10 minutes for warm up. The warm up gets starts with cool music. We can enjoy allot and have fun. As well as zumba have four rhythmns. i.e. merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggeton. After warm up, we do exercise/ workout according to these zumba rhythms. And the best part is while exercising we never realise that we are reducing our weight because we are having fun only. At the end of the class, we do cool down including body streches for relaxing the whole body. In short zumba is profitable. Throughout the class of one hour we burn almost 700-800 calories.
