How can I get a good job with the CCNA training only? Or do I need to go for the Red Hat course as well?

Anish Definitely, you will get a good job if you do CCNA course and RedHat/Linux is an entirely different line (No need). If you want to make networking as a career, it's very good time to start with CCNA. I would say go for CCNA certification.

How much salary can one expect after having a B.Tech (CSE) and a CCNA R and S Certificate in Kolkata as a fresher?
As an engineer grads , CTC offering for freshers can be between 1.6 to 3.6 lakh per annum. In MNC you can expect upto 4 lakh as well for certified candidate. Knowledge would be tested here rather certification tag.
