Hello Siva,ISO 9001:2015 has a clause on Change Management. As you know, ISO standards are generic to industries but will give you a bird's eye view of the related process requirements as per International standards. You may research further how it's done specifically to your industry.

I would suggest you to first get in to a job with a private financial firm or a chartered accountant firm and learn the work by handling the clients for a period of time and then you can start your own business in next 2 years with confidence.
