I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.

Hello everyone, Can any one share their SAP MM certification experience? what is advantage of SAP certification? After certification did got job immediately? What about package / salary for domain work experience? Before / after job company ask for certification for out of India opportunities? How's exam is it possible clear in 1st attempt ? please share experience who has done SAP MM certification I need guidance so I can easy to decide for sap certification do or not?
That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
