As u r in final year, first of all command one language , u can choose java, C, C++ any one atleast. Then, u shld knw tha basics of Datastructure, computer networks, operating system, DBMS and software enggineering.

You have to focus on your previous yeras subjects like DSA, OS, Networking, C, C++, Compiler. These subjects are very much important for placements. Apart from that do reasoning aptitude interview questions practice.
