They do offer for Start Ups but for Hobbyists No I think

CAD is mainly used for detailed engineering of 3D models and 2D drawings of physical components, it is also used throughout the engineering process from conceptual design and layout of products, through strength and dynamic analysis of assemblies to definition of manufacturing methods of components. After CAD , CAM plays a huge role. So, For any Mechanical Engineer CAD/CAE(Engineering Process) and CAM(Manufacturing process) are very Important to understand how a machine/any product is designed and manufactured. read less
