Normally, most students start preparing after their class XII exams. But if you are focused and sure that you want to join the CA course after class XII, then the right time is to join after you reach class XI or at most class XII

Normally, most students start preparing after their class XII exams. But if you are focused and sure that you want to join the CA course after class XII, then the right time is to join after you reach class XI or at most class XII. You will find that most of the subjects and topics are similar to what you would be studying in class XI and XII anyways. This is because, if you start early then you will be able to take the June exams (after appearing for XII in March/April). If you are able to appear in the month of June, then it saves you entire 6 months that you would have otherwise wasted. You will be able to appear for your IPCC exams also 6 months earlier. read less

As soon as your 11th exams are over start studies for CA CPT. For coaching if you have been able to complete syllabus of the subjects once, then join coaching in December otherwise in October you should join coaching for June exam.
