How can I complete my CA in Phagwara or Jalandhar (Punjab)? Suggest me some of the institutions who provide coaching for CA. Actually I did not know anything about CA procedure.

First way is the direct entry, if you have completed Graduation with 50% marks, you are eligible for admission. The second way is through Common Proficiency Test(CPT), if you have passed PUC, you are eligible to apply for CPT which is the entrance test.
