Why does pointer variable shows different address as output every time compile?

There's no guarantee whether the value will be same or different every time you run or compile the code. Sometimes address may be same also, it's entirely depend upon available memory while you are going to run or execute your code.

In the OS at runtime, gives the block of memory where the program will run as you can never say where the OS has given you memory, it might be different it might be same you cannot say.

Because every time you compile and run your code the memory location that is used to store your variable is different. The operating system picks a free memory location and uses it to store variables created in your program and this location can be different every single time.
