= is assignment operator where u assign some value into variable. Eg a=6; Here we are storing or assigning value 6 into a variable. == Is for comparison ,it will comare two values or variable. Eg a=4 b=3 Result of a==b will be false because they are not equal after comapring.

No, array is a fixed size memory allocation for variables. It is illegal to access elements beyond the allocated space.
