There are several things . Most important is the implementation of object oriented concept , which is in C++ but not in c.

The way you look at the problem (design) itself varies. You can not do object oriented programming using C (though you can emulate few features). C++ compilers do strict checking.

You can almost achieve everything through C that you could achieve with C++. But the C++ provides more easier way to do them than C. As the language becomes easier and stronger you can solve more problems in less time.
